A former farmer, Nicolas Ribes is now president of the Seya group, including Methagora. Since the engeneering department was created in 2008, he has surrounded himself with the right people to develop solutions for agricultural biogas production. By creating Methagora, he is offering a new way of recovering biogas in France, on off-grid sites, via gas transportation.

With more than fifteen years of experience in biogas, Florent Thouminot has taken part in every stage of the development of the anaerobic digestion sector, rising from Project Manager to Managing Director. Today, he leads the company's overall strategy and the development of biomethane, particularly with gas buyers. His goal: to make Methagora a key player in the agricultural energy transition.

Pierre Carette oversees Methagora's financial and administrative management. With solid experience in budget management, he ensures the financing, the optimization of resources and the economic sustainability of the projects supported. His expertise supports the growth of the Methagora model, with a long-term vision.

At the heart of Methagora's development division, Mathieu Eberhardt coordinates the progress of projects. As a hands-on facilitator, he acts as a link between farmers, suppliers, energy stakeholders, and internal teams to support project leaders in bringing their projects to fruition by offering appropriate assistance.

An environmental engineer, Virginie Floch has fifteen years of experience in agricultural anaerobic digestion. She now supports the development of Methagora projects in western France, working directly with farmers. Convinced of the "second life" of CHP units, she is working to promote truly green gas from the agricultural sector.

Violaine Magdelaine heads the legal and contractual aspects of Methagora projects. Attracted by a human-sized structure, she puts her expertise and experience in energy and environmental law to work in the service of a meaningful mission: providing practical support for the energy transition in compliance with the regulatory framework.

Laurent Carra coordinates the technical implementation of Methagora projects, particularly in terms of site monitoring during the conversion of units into injection. Working closely with operators, he ensures that operations run smoothly in the field. His in-depth knowledge of the agricultural sector is a real asset to the success of our projects.

As an engineer with a passion for renewable energy, Xavier Poncet supervises the production and injection of biomethane on Methagora Hub sites. Coming from an agricultural background, he believes in the role of biogas in the future of farms. His approach combines technical rigor and commitment to developing a local and sustainable energy model.

As an agricultural engineer, Sylvain's career has enabled him to acquire a wide range of technical skills in the field of agriculture. Often in the field, he is involved in the practical implementation of our model at units converted to injection. His main responsibilities include technical supervision of production, transport, and biomethane injection within the hubs.

With over twelve years of experience in biogas, Erwan Payen is in charge of Methagora's commercial development. His main mission? To meet farmers to explain our model and build long lasting partnerships. Attracted by the vision of biomethane, he devotes his energy to a project that he believes is meaningful and has a bright future.

With a background in biological engineering, Florent quickly turned his attention to the energy sector. As part of the team, he puts his expertise to work for agricultural methanization units located in the Grand Est region. His missions? Talking with farmers to understand their needs, assessing the feasibility of projects, and presenting Methagora solutions to them.

Florian Quintin is in charge of commercial relations for Methagora projects in southern France. Often on the road, he meets farmers to analyse their needs and co-develop a suitable offer. In other words, he is the farmers' first point of contact in the field.
